As a proud New Yorker with family roots in the West Indies, Wayne brings both cultural awareness and practical insight into the entrepreneurial journey. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the City University of New York (CUNY), and earned his MBA from The Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, with a focus on Economics and Human Resources Management.
